Complete faculty structure-
Foundation laying professional and international vision
 
The faculty consists of a team of PhDs from Taiwan, the United States, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and other renowned institutions. They have rich teaching and research achievements and a majority of them have practical experience, which helps students broaden their scope of learning and international vision. The full-time and part-time faculty work together to instruct courses every year and industry experts are invited to teach courses so as to provide a comprehensive, in-depth, and practical pedagogy.

In order to enhance students’ professional competencies, the department has meticulously designed three core academic tracks—Marketing and Service, Financial Management, and International Business—in response to the evolving trends of the contemporary business environment. Additionally, specialized courses such as Business Intelligence Applications, Social Media Marketing, and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems are incorporated into the curriculum. Through the integration of these diverse academic pathways, students are afforded a broad spectrum of opportunities to pursue specialized study and to cultivate and strengthen their professional expertise.

個案教學落實-問題解決能力提升

自99年度開始將個案教學方法納入本校教學卓越計畫之重點方向之一,期透過引進哈佛商學院行之有年的參與式個案教學法,提升商管領域教學系統化的實務經驗培養的教學課程或教材設計、跨領域人才在實務經驗上的培養,讓學生經由對企業個案的閱讀、思考、討論、辯證等過程,培養其運用資料、思考與解決問題的能力。同時增添教師新的教學引導利器,達到理論與實務並行的教學目標。
